Our journey began in Munich, where we studied the art of traditional German baking. Learning from master bakers, we discovered the secrets behind the perfect pretzel.
Mastering the Art
We perfected our craft at Ramsteinerhof in Fischerbach, working with master baker Ulrich Müller in the Swabian region of Southern Germany. This is where we learned to make authentic Schwäbisch pretzels.
